Do I have to change my site's code?
Only the form's action. Your fields, layout and styles stay exactly as they are: every named field is saved. In Webflow, Framer, WordPress plugins and most builders you paste the address into the "action" or "webhook" setting.
Does my client need an account?
No. You manage every site from your login. If the client wants the leads, add their email to the form's alerts (up to 5 recipients per form) and they get each lead in their inbox.
Will it work on Netlify, Vercel or GitHub Pages?
Yes. That's the main reason it exists: static hosting can't send email on its own. The form posts straight to us, so there's no server or function to deploy.
How does the spam filter work?
A hidden honeypot field, link and keyword checks, a lock to the client's domain and limits per visitor. Anything that trips a check goes to the site's Spam folder with the reason, never to your email, and doesn't count toward your plan. One click moves it back if it was real.
What if I go over the monthly limit?
Nothing is lost. New leads keep arriving in the dashboard; only the email alerts pause until the 1st. We warn you at 80% so you can upgrade first.
Can I use JavaScript or AJAX forms?
Yes. Send JSON or FormData with Accept: application/json and you get {"ok": true} back instead of a redirect. CORS is open, so it works from any domain.
Can I send people to my own thank-you page?
Yes, set it per form, or pass _next in the form with a page on the client's domain. Without one, visitors see a clean thank-you page with a link back to the site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two clicks from your account, no email needed. Forms keep working until the end of the period you paid for, and you have 30 days after that to export everything.
