Privacy Policy
The short version. We keep what we need to run your account and your forms, nothing for advertising, and we never sell data. For the submissions your forms collect, our customer decides why they're collected and we only process them on their behalf. Brazil's LGPD applies.
1. Who is responsible
For our customers' account data, leadcheckers is the controller. For form submissions, the customer who connected the form is the controller and we are the processor. If you filled in a form on a website, contact that website about your data; we'll help them answer you. Reach us at the support address shown in your account.
2. What we store about customers
- Account: your email, a password hash (never the password), plan and billing status.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer id, subscription status and the card's brand and last four digits, never the full card number.
- Purchase record: the Terms version you accepted, when, and the IP address and browser used, kept to answer payment disputes.
- Access log: logins, password changes and resets, with IP address and browser, kept for 12 months as Brazilian law (Marco Civil da Internet) requires.
3. What we store about form submissions
The fields the form sent, the page it came from, the sender's IP address and browser (for spam filtering and abuse handling), the time, and whether it was filed as spam. Uploaded files are not stored.
4. How long
- Submissions: while the customer's subscription is active, unless they delete them. Spam: 30 days.
- After a subscription ends: sites, forms and submissions are deleted 30 days later.
- Access logs: 12 months. Purchase and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
5. Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (alerts and account emails), Cloudflare (network and protection) and our hosting provider. They may process data outside Brazil, under contracts that protect it. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires.
6. Cookies
One cookie, to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts on our pages.
7. Your rights
Under the LGPD you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and ask how it's used. Write to the support address shown in your account. Deleting the account ends the service.
